FOTD / EOTD : Too Faced Little Black Book of Beauty 1.0

You have waited a long time for it , but today i have a full face look for you ... 

I used my Too Faced Little Black Book of Beauty for face , lips and eyes and i'm happy how it turned out . It looks pretty good :)

Swatchfest ! Too Faced Little Black Book of Beauty

This is a palette that was released in the autumn of 2012 i think , so it's not new . I've seen it back then , but i was not sure if i would buy it or not ... so yeah it took me almost a year before i decided to buy this little one :) It was not so expensive , and it was on sale so it was a great opportunity to try it out .
You get 12 eyeshadows , a lipgloss , a bronzer , a highlighter , 2 blushes and a travel size Lash Injection 2 Mascara . So i thought it was a good deal for 33€ . It's a complete kit , again good for travelling .... i start to like these kind of sets !
I mostly use only eyeproducts on daily bases , i do not wear foundation , blush etc. every single day ... i just don't have the time in the morning for the whole routine and i prefer a good eyelook rather than a perfect polished face :) Mainly because my skin is pretty okay without anything on it otherwise i would use more foundation and stuff like that . I do use a facepowder regularly , just because it mattifies my skin . I only take the time for a whole faceroutine when i'm going out or for a special occasion . I was not always like that , in my teenage years a used foundations etc. every day !

Okay back to the little black book :)
The eyeshadows are wearable colors . The only downside is that the matte shades in it are pretty chalky , and not the best pigmentation :( 
The purple is a matte/satin i would say , and it has a slight blue sheen to it , pretty but also not the best pigmentation ...
The first shade , called "Light Beige Shimmer" , is not shimmery at all ! It's matte ... and very sheer .
Matte Rose is also very sheer , and so is Taupe Shimmer . 

The blushes , bronzer and highlighter are lovely . They are pigmented , but not too much and i like that for faceproducts . It makes the colors buildable .
Lipgloss is a nude dusty pink , smells good and it feels nice on my lips ... it's not the sticky kind of gloss , so me likes !

3 year blog anniversary and less-buy project

Hello there ! Tzjeee , it's already 3 years ago since i started this blog and believe me : even i didn't know i would do this for so long :) And like every other blogger i have my good and bad days. Or should i say good periods and bad ones ? Sometimes i wonder if it's usefull to continue with my blog , but i still have fun doing it . It's maybe not "usefull" , but i still like to share my makeup looks. So i'll continue for a while , don't worry :)

And with my 3 years of blogging i promised myself that i will buy less makeup for a while . I have so much stuff and i bought quite a lot lately , so i have plenty of things to play around with . I will buy some bits and pieces every now and then , but not too much :) . It will be hard for me doing that , but i really going to try it !
I don't want to do a complete no-buy , because i know i can't resist new collections in the drugstore , LOL
But i think a "less-buy" is a good thing too , don't you think ?

I'm going to do a cleanout in my stash , see what i haven't used in a long time and do some looks with those things . I also have a bunch of things i really don't use anymore , so i think i'm going to do a next round of a "Cleaning-Giveaway" ...

This is a complete set with everything you need for a full face look  ! It's a perfect palette for travelling . You just have to add a liner , mascara , lipproduct and faceproduct if needed and you're good to go !
I think this would be the palette i'm going to take with me when i'm going on vacation next month ... although i always take much more stuff than needed , LOL

Swatchfest ! Too Faced Pretty Rebel palette

So as promised , i will show you swatches of my newest gems :)
There are tons of stuff to show you , so bare with me because it will take some time before everything is swatched and pictured .

Let's start with Too Faced Pretty Rebel palette . You've already seen 2 looks with this palette .
I'm very happy with this one , it's a fun palette and it has a good mixture of bold and more neutral colors in it.
Most of them are shimmery or have a frosty finish . Just 2 colors are completely matte : Dainty and Charming. And 1 matte black with sparkles : Miss Sparkles. Dainty is a great blendingcolor and i like it when a palette comes with a good blendingcolor and with a black which is in this one a matte with a ton of sparkles !
"Girly" is like MAC's Club , Urban Decay's Lounge , The definer shade in WnW Comfort Zone palette and many indie brands do have a similar color too . So it's not a very new shade or unique shade , there are great dupes for that one. Most of the colors in this palette are replaceable by other colors . Only Badass is a color i cannot think of a dupe. It's a beautiful midnight blue full of sparkles . Maybe ... Aromaleigh's "Bellatrix" from the "Starry Nights" collection is a close one .
The colors are very pigmented , blendable and smooth.
